Kara, one of the students who work in the back office of the residence (closer to Todd's office) and i were just talking... I asked her if they had decided on anyone yet seeing as how Todd didn't call me on Friday.. she said no, not yet.
She went on to tell me about a guy who was interviewed who actually went back into the office on Friday to see Todd and ask him if anything has been decided.. Todd found this to be pretty over the top, and pretty much removed him from the running... so this is what i know so far as my chances:
- the work day is from 9-5. - There were two days of interviews - Wed, and Thurs... not just Wed like i had originally thought. - Nobody else but me was interviewed Wednesday afternoon. - Only a couple of people were interviewed Thursday morning - 1 or 2.. - and only a couple of people were interviewed Wednesday morning... nobody Thursday afternoon..
so that leaves room for a half dozen or so... and with one of those individuals taken out of the running for being too pushy and going in to talk to Todd again on Friday.. my chances have just gotten that much better.....
I'm still keeping my fingers crossed though.. and keep all those thoughts and prayers coming in my direction.. i need you all now more than ever.... I *need* this in my life right now...
